Brooke is a Registered Psychologist who holds a Master’s degree in Health Psychology and Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) at the University of Adelaide.
Kind and empathetic, Brooke is devoted to listening to her client’s individual stories, recognising the biological, psychological and social aspects in their life, and helping her clients to understand how these experiences interconnect to influence their mental health.

With an open and collaborative approach to therapy, Brooke fosters a genuine therapeutic connection and thrives in supporting her clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Brooke draws upon a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, primarily utilising Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). She also draws upon Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy strategies.

Brooke has experience working with adolescents and adults presenting with general mental health concerns including, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship issues and interpersonal difficulties. Brooke has expertise in, and is passionate about, supporting clients experiencing life adjustments, health anxiety, physical health issues and chronic pain including PCOS, endometriosis and adenomyosis.

Occasionally, Brooke may bring her ‘cavoodle’ Clarry into the therapy room with her, as long as the client is comfortable with Clarry being present. Whilst not a registered psychologist, Clarry is friendly and gentle, loves to meet new people, and brings a calming presence and ‘supportive paw’ to the therapeutic environment.
